October Things

We’re getting so close to the holidays and I honestly cannot wait. I feel like this week has lasted approximately three years, especially because I finally finished this horrible week full of tests. So now I’m just counting down the days until I can actually relax.

I’m also going to have quite a few days without school because of blocus. For my non-French readers: basically, students can block the entrances of schools to protest, sometimes by putting things in front of the gates… and sometimes by breaking things. Which obviously means that school can’t really happen, so we end up with a few unexpected days off. I’m definitely not complaining about that part.

But the thing I’m looking forward to the most is, obviously, Halloween. I really want to dress up this year, and I think I’d prefer to go as a ladybug (like the girl in the picture). It’s cute, it’s easy, and I already have a pretty good idea of what I could wear.

Although Captain America is still an option because I already have the Under Armour compression shirt AND the shield, so technically I’m halfway there.

But honestly… the urge to find a boyfriend who’s willing to dress up as a bumblebee so we can be a ladybug and a bumblebee together is getting stronger.

Anyway, Halloween is coming, the holidays are coming, and I’m officially ready for October to be fun again.
